What is your favorite "non-planned" scene in an adult game?

I'm talking about moments where it gets spicy due to a incident or where the intercourse occurs in an unexpected moment.

One example I have, which is also my favorite, is in Summertime Saga when Anon and Roxxy are stuck in a school locker and Anon gets aroused. There's a very similar scene with Azuka in Waifu Academy, which is also very nice. In this same game, there's also a scene with Maki Takamura, when the MC is practicing karate with loose shorts.

Once when I was playing Parasite in City I accidentally fell into a space below filled with zombies where you couldn't get out of even if you killed them all, I just let them all fuck me and fill me up for the experience
