OP's poll mainly contains various blood relations or incest-free near equivalents while teacher-student is a power hierarchy which in principle could even have the ages inverted (certainly rare but you could have e.g. a prodigal genius university professor teaching adults after returning from maternity leave or military service). So to me it seems OP is asking for preferences in relationships with an age difference.

I don't get the relationship between the OP and the poll. One is about reltionship and the other about ages and those relationship could have different ages so it's not really related.
About realtionship I'm a hard mom-son fan, about ages anything works for me except the tiny little sweet and innocent loli who loves his onii-chan very much and has no clue about sex. I do enjoy when that loli is more experimented than a 50 years old porn star but usually, since the start until they reach that point, the story is already so long that I lost interest

It's relatively uncommon in games, but I do like when the woman is older, and the younger person is either make or female. Much older man and younger woman/man always comes off as creepy, especially if the older male is already in a position of power over them like a boss, father, or God (the main three, according to the Bagel Boss).

To me the age difference doesn't matter. Which person is younger vs older also doesn't matter. The only thing that matters to me is that the characters are good looking and that everyone's age looks somewhere between 18 and middle age. No kiddies and no grannies.
Not super big on incest so I'd go with Teacher - Student. I think you have more room to experiment there as well.
