If an expansive text-based game like one of Fenoxo's games, Flexible Survival, Degrees of Lewdity etc.
had full 3D representation of the visuals and events, that'd be pretty close to ideal.

It dependse heavly on my mood.
One day i might want to play a dad that is slowly being corrupted into becoming more and more depraved.
Other days i want to be an unapoligatic rapist and blackmailer.

But it is hard to do it right.
Let me explain.
In a ideal game the main character gets corrupted by his power over the girls he abuse.
No succubus, No magic book, no insert crap suddenly power boost by outside.
It must be all on him.
A father that convince's his wife into hypno sex slowly becoming more and more twisted as the power of hypnosis lets his make his wife do things she never would.
It start small.
First he gets his wife into blowjob's and bsdm.
Then he get her to wear no underwear.
Realizing the kids would notice something he stop pushing it but he had a taste of power.
So he hypnotizes his secetery.
Have his fun.
Get bored and uses hypnosis to have his secetery get her daughter to work for him.

Eventualy leading to him mind controling his own kids into being a sex slave.
At the start of the story he is a moral and upstanding man.
By the end he believe's its his right to fuck whoever he pleases.
Over the course of the story he slowly becomes less and less moral and more and more degenerate.

So after a failed attempt to use there parent bank account to pay for it.

I find the best games are those where you balance the risk of getting caught vs the reward of increasly loyal sex slave's.
It is what i enjoy about rape games.

Likewise i enjoy mind control games where the mind control is sublty but in the end total.

At 50+ you can make them do things unconsionly.
At 25+ you can reprogramme there personalty.
At 0+ they are mindless drones that dont do anything you programmed them to do(So shit the floor and starve themselves if you dont programme a routine for there health)

People recharge 10 willpower a day.
Every unconsuese action cost 5 willpower a day.
So you need to be carefull or they might go lower then you want.
Again it is all about that risk vs reward.
The balance of what i desire and what i can get away with.
And many games porn games lack the ability to fail.
Or worse: Make you fail for not picking the right option.
Then again visual novels arent games so i suppose i shoudnt judge them by that standerd.

There's only one (major) thing I want in a game, and that's relevant sexual game mechanics (a longer description is in my signature). 90% of porn games I can name, would have the same gameplay if all sexual content was removed. A simple fix to this is turning sexual content into sexual mechanics to give them a purpose (and hopefully major role) in gameplay.
Now for a game I'd want, it'd unironically be ULTRAKILL with what I've described above.

To begin with, nothing is truly perfect. Most VN's i don't even consider games.
On this site, i can confidently say that, by my standards, not a single one is anywhere near perfect.
Western adult-gaming so far had shown me that it's lazy as fuck, most of the stuff it produces is nowhere near the level of Japanese stuff. But i also get that Japs had way more time than west had to develop their skills.
Well, i look forward to seeing what the future holds, i guess.

probably something as easy to use and complex if not impossible to control such as love of magic by Droid Productions !
Malaficus i see myself in alot of this user description, not in real life ofc i am an upstanding citizen...
but from a corruption point of view and story wise the best i have seen so far is probably newsdesk!
it has like 1-3 stills per scenario but the story of a man driven into a corner were he either suceeds
or sucumbs is just the right trigger to "excuse" all the 0 fucks given attitude and time to destroy the bitch!
another one in VN that was sadly abandoned is the tyrant, for me specifically still the best one even if incomplete
and do pay attention i am not into incest (ok go ahead get your facepalms out of the way... happy now wankers?)
so for me to play it while not being into it just shows how well the story is told
not being a fan of NTR, and i seriously go zerk trash and burn the world when it happens,
i discovered that without that risk there is little satisfaction in your "achievements"!

but there has to be consequences that hurt you so that to overcome it comes with meaning!

and superb in their own way, and yet if i tried to mash them together i would be displeased!
for instance the basis of Superpowered its a great premise!

Treasure of nadia - had some hesitation to play originally because it was rpgm and many ive played i hated so avoided them

First and foremost: no bullshit Patreon limitations on content. My ideal game would have blood relatives having sex with each other, with pregnancy risk. It would also have actual gameplay and not entirely (or even primarily) be a visual novel. Instead, I'd like another genre of game than a VN for the main gameplay: maybe an RTS or a FPS or some kinda space sim, but with romantic/sexual relationships and explicit boning. Imagine Starcraft 2 level RTS gameplay but also with the full might of Blizzard making unrestricted porn content, particularly blood related incest, in that same game. That, I would love to see.

-Territory management with edicts, culture and development of said territories. Quite a lot of territories to make the game a bit on the long side.
-Nations on the low side, at most 4 different nations but well developed.
-MC being either a general of one of the factions or a mercenary.
-Capture system for defeated generals be it ally or enemy.
-Characters can establish relationships and romances with each other.
-Chill game with little to no drama.
-Related to fetishes I'm quite an open-minded person, but nothing too crazy
-Harem management, girls would be able to leave the harem if their satisfaction is too low (albeit you can convince them back thought).
-Characters with a will and their likings, if you wanna change something of them then you will need to put some effort.

perfect game maybe I don't know, but there are really many excellent ones, but it's all subjective. it really depends on what you like, or want to explore as a fetish in that particular period. for a while I was obsessed with getting any woman pregnant, then it seemed great to me (simple days). then a period i wanted incest and i played milfy city and filf... etc etc... you don't need to look for the perfect game, you need a good game at the right time.

As someone else said, it would depend on my mood. Sometimes I want to play female protag, sometimes male. Sometimes I want to play someone slowly corrupted and sometimes I want completely freedom. sometimes I want to play a transformation game sometimes I don't.
With that said though, a game needs to give me choices and have my choices matter. If it doesn't have that I quickly get bored with them.

Ahh Crusader Kings...
I built an empire spanning all of Asia only to have it plunged into political crisis due to my love of foreign women.
The heirs were born casteless and their legitimacy came into question sparking a series of civil wars.
As far as a community project goes, I'm doing a "Poor Man's Elder Scrolls" right now and hope to eventually recruit modders or other developers.
An indie version of M&B is absolutely possible but I couldn't begin work on it until my current project is stable.

1 - thats not a game that is a story, a proper game is never ending, create the world and the mechanics and let the players run free and enjoy themselves... thus mine craft!
