What kind of porn game do you like the most? The more realistic kind or the hentai stuff?

I dont really choose a style. Its more about the game content then style. I would say I gravitate towards 3D styles more because those usually have more animations.
The only style I absolutely hate are Default Koikatsu/HS or they reuse really popular characters from anime thats not their cards.

To elaborate on my answer: exceptions aside, I'll put almost any kind of drawing style over the most prevalent anime/manga ones. Even rough sketches made in a minute will do as long as they do their job setting the scene. As for realistic 3D renders, they tend to fall deeply into uncanny valley territory for me (again, some exceptions aside).

More clarification would probably avoid people rating different artstyles:
Are we talking cartoon vs anime? (both are unrealistic imo)
Are we talking DAZ vs Koikatsu? (DAZ is more realistic but also too uncanny imo)
Are we talking traced art from real models (GGGB) vs hand drawn ones? (In this case I prefer hand drawn because traced ones also look uncanny and a bit too close to real porn)
So in general I feel like this question would be better if it was realistic vs unrealistic in general. As japanese studios sometimes also go with realistic art and I usually don't like those either because they just look like japanese actors.

Yeah you are right, my bad. I certanly could have phrased it differently and much better. Well, sadly I cant edit the answers anymore so I have to leave it at that but people can still comment and clarify what they like. Sorry again for that.

The benefit of hentai for me is that the barrier to "believable" is much lower. If it's a 3d render trying to look realistic but ends up being cringey it'll ruin the experience. But if it's "bad hentai" it's likely still going to look sexy because fantasy fills in the details.
If the "realistic" is done extremely well I think I would prefer it, but most of the time it looks uncanny and drawings end up looking better.

Content is always at the top and is more important than art style but my preference is usually
1. Honey Select, eternum and a house in the rift come to mind. Modders that use honey select have really unrealistically pretty characters and I'm into it
2. Western drawn, this is always subject to the art style but even lower quality 2d art is fine since the writing is their best feature
3. DAZ 3d renders, there are too many good games that use this and it is nearly on par with western drawn
4. 3d real time, the good ones are so few and far between and those great ones never go anywhere. If there werent so many problems, it would probably be my preferred medium.
5. Koikatsu, I actually low key like some games made in koikatsu and would like to support 2 devs who use it when I feel like I can spare the change again. Every single game is super cringey tho
6. RPGmaker, I have never had a really good experience with games from this engine but I've had a lot of bad ones, it just feels like they waste my time.
7. Japanese games can really range and sometimes have the worst content. I liked Holy Knight Ricca until

I like pixel-art the most. Am indifferent to the average Daz stuff as well as anime/comics style. Dislike Honey Select, for the most part. Actively avoid Koikatu and real-porn.

Hentai/anime for me imo just because of the single fact out of all 3d realistic game all the scenes(even the non sex ones) look really weird with slow animation(out of all 3d games I've tried only milfy city seems like to not to do this).

I prefer substance over form .
Any low-key 2d drawn paperdoll with either a good/enticing/amusing/funny/deep/sexy as fuck story will win me over any 16k 3d animated renders with a plot story so cringy/stupid/bad/unrealistic it makes me wanna kill myself to end the pain and misery of "reading" it.
e.g. I loathe RPG engine to an almost insanely disturbing level yet I find most games by DDfunlol to be - let's say "amusing" - due to the "over the top" attitude he writes them with.

I've seen several people say this now, and I just don't get it. The typical women you see in porn are usually the polar opposite of my type, but even I would rate them as physically attractive. Those in charge of porn casting select based on what is generally considered attractive in a woman. 3d porn modellers are going for the same thing. How can you find the traits attractive in one, but not the other?
I'll take less realistic. I like big dicks causing stomach bulges and women looking 2 months pregnant because they're so stuffed full of cum. At best these things look dumb with more realistic models, at worst they dive into the uncanny valley at terminal velocity.

The visual representation doesn't matter as much as quality and execution IMO.
In some cases, the cartoon-ish style works best, others the realism gives it some flair. It just depends...

I can not claim for others but for me:
Skin:
Very few porn stares have smooth skin.
The fact i even remember Brooke Haze name(and i coud not care less about famous people)
