what kinds of actions or interactions I should include for players in this game?

I'm working on an adult game where players can interact with a famous young singer and other characters. While I could allow players to engage in intimate scenes early on, I'm worried that it might only provide short-term satisfaction.

I want to build up the player's desire for the character over time, leading to a point where they can finally fulfill that desire. I'm open to including both violent and romantic elements, as long as it doesn't get me banned from the forum.

You could make the early intimate scenes have minor encounters (like just seeing her naked, massage, or doing handjob), then progress and get more intense as the story goes on. There should be some conflict too. What does the mc want that they can't have? Is there a major obstacle in their path? What's happening in the world that creates problems for the mc to get what they want?

People also stay interested when there is a "push and pull" of the story. The mc gets close to an intimate scene with the singer, but then it doesn't happen. Then it focuses on another aspect of the story, but then they get together again and then it does happen but it creates issues between them. The story is like a spring that creates tension and releases it, so the players don't quite know what to expect which keeps them interested.

I think you should pick out a theme first and build l the encounters around that theme.

A romance game is going to build erotica tension in a very different way than a game about degradation and corruption or a game about stalking and manipulatio . Often when games try to do multiple things they end up jarring and unsatisfying.

Most flavors are easy to create build up for when you are building for that specific flavor. For romance you create an external obstacle that needs to be overcome before things can get beyond longing and flirtation. For corruption yoy find some lever of control for the MC and have the FMC slowly give in. For stalking and manipulation you build up voyeurism and a blackmail system.

1) With the singer I can see some sort of blackmail scenario develop, where she has a boyfriend who makes her "do things" but he is taking video footage of her on the sly. You "save her", for a sexy price... things develop from there where it's realized that it's in fact the Chinese triads who are actually the ones behind it all, they try to force her to take part in some pretty heinous anal AV work with a well endowed Zimbabwean, once again you are the one to jump in to save her from getting properly stretched out, you taking a beating for your troubles and have to make some sort of concession like paying them off. It turns out that you were the one paying off some kung-fu B movie actors who owed you a few favours due to helping them out with their careers, they play the part of mobsters allowing you to become her knight in shining armour, with feelings of indebtedness and vague feelings of love towards you she lets you fuck her in a love hotel where you deviously conspire to cum inside her raw.

Something something hotel chain, something something wanting to impress daddy by sealing a deal, something something competition for inheritance, everything has a price, you KNOW what I'm getting at. This little whore with business sense will have to be very active and earn it all the HARD way!

4) Princess, this snow white princess runs away from a marriage that she's having second thoughts about, doesn't know the simply Worldly things but through the kindness of your own heart you let her stay at your hotel seemingly completely free of charge. She orders food, drinks, the whole works, then she receives the bill. You ask her how can she pay for it all, the hotel has a certain reputation so it becomes quite obvious how she's expected to pay... even so you make a suggestion which she grudgingly agrees to, she gets bored so you take her out to a nice restaurant (relatively speaking, Olive Garden) and other places, due to not having servants around you offer her some "special service" and help her to wash up in the bath, your hands rub all over her body soaping up her lewd breasts, she's never felt anything like that before, she gets a bit hot from the bath so you carry princess to bed.

In short, you have characters but no story yet... So, perhaps should you starts by finding a story, something longer than "there's this famous singer, that princess, [few others girls], and the player will interact with them and have sex with them".
Once you've your story, everything else usually fall naturally in place. The kind of interactions between the MC and the girls will fully depend on the story, while sex scenes will only happen when a girl personal story have evolved to the point where it's something possible.

This is especially needed because you want the players to grow feelings for the characters. It's not through the lewd interactions that this can happen, but through the story and what it uncover of the girls personality and, possibly, her struggles.
