Explanations
Kinks/fetishes : I did pick consensual non-consensual (rape fantasy), but I wanted to specify that it's specifically the fetish called accidental or surprise penetration, however I want to point out that it doesn't necessarily have to be rape if both sides are on board with it and were surprised by the outcome. Although this is a very rare (unfortunately) fetish, I have seen it done in games, however mostly the non-consensual way. It would be a good way to add humor to the game (you slipped in the shower on my dick or something) if done the consensual way. Not that I would mind the non-consensual way either, as long as we have a choice. The key to good games is choice, letting the player shape their adventure. So for example if I'm stalking a big busty thicc nun or a red skinned loli oni in the forest and she's hiding behind a tree, I do want to have the option to sneak up behind and stick it in immediately with force without alerting the taking party. Also when I say exhibitionism, I mean public sex, not going around exposing my dong, although that might be a good one-off idea to introduce a horny female character that would be into that.

Races : much like real life, Idc about races, you can make any race hot with some good character design, so whilst I didn't add any races of my own in the "write your own" section, I wouldn't mind more.

Clothing/accesories : I picked everything from your choices except fundoshi and pasties, which I added on my own. By fundoshis, I obv mean on women, dunno why but if you look up the fundoshi fetish, for some reason it's tied to men in Japanese porn, although I have been able to find h-mangas and porn videos with straight sex that include that fetish. I picked pasties just because, sometimes a good nipple or vagina pasty can just kick you into gear.
