None of those. I would be more inclined to support:
Full nudity, sexual intercourse, story-focused, player choices with consequences.
The last two have little to do with sexuality, but I wouldn't support a hardcore porn game that's all about sex, so that's why I mention them.

The focus should be on the relationship between the Characters but there obviously should be some Sex-Scenes. But the important thing is that its not too much. There are too many Games were the MC gets his cock sucked within the first 10 Minutes.

There is something in common among the most successful games, usually exploring taboos. Incest is what draws most people followed by NTR (not if it's a taboo, but you know the people...). If you can reconcile a good plot with well-made sex scenes gets more attention. At some point it must have a hardcore scene.

I don't know where you've been looking but NTR usually causes people to stop supporting games. It's popular in Japan, not so much so in the west.

It seems like a strange question to ask on a forum for porn games.
To me, there are two kinds of games in general:
1) Safe for work, e.g. the kind of game which a normal guy can openly talk about among colleagues.
2) Not safe for work e.g. the kind of game which you play alone with the curtains closed.
Of course there are games in between. I don't brag about the fact that I had a great session in The Sims and that I made my character do something stupid with the neighbour. I could however brag about having a great lap time in Need for Speed.
But in general we are here for games that fall firmly in the Not safe for work category. This means that it needs a couple of hardcore scenes. But there are also some exceptions that do not show any hardcore scenes, but are still erotic, like The Last Sovereign.
On the other hand, I play games because I want a story and choices that matter. If I want to see people fuck I'll go watch a porn movie.

Women want all the family fucking, but NTR haters are gonna cry, if dad doesn't have a tiny penis and receding hair, which women aren't going to appreciate.
So ask yourself WHO am I making this game for? You can please some of the people some of the time, but you cannot please everyone all the time. Make the game for your target audience, if you want the big bucks that women have to spend on porns, you're going to have unhappy male players. If you make a male focused game, you're going to have SJW hate, but who gives a shit about that. There isn't an adult game out there that everyone likes. You have to choose a niche of the market, and stay on that path... pissing off your fans is career suicide. Make two or 3 games for different audiences, but don't mix them up.

Voted 4, and would also like to add that I like to see these things in adult games:
- Good dialogue and a story that makes sense. The game I Love Daddy failed at this. It pretty much went like this: Daughter "I want to have sex with dad." Parents "Okay! Lets do it!" Player "WTF?"
- Condense, condense, condense! Some games are just so tedious the rewards aren't worth the effort. Maybe the grind is too much? Or there is too much dialogue? Or there are too many sub-menus? Keep it fairly quick and simple.
- Labels! Some games have players navigating a house or city. The developer and character may know where things are at, but the player doesn't.
- Witnessing the consequences of a player's actions in an adult game is always great. Having multiple routes adds replay value. If the player character cheats on his in-game significant other then that character's wrath ought to be felt, unless the player has been pursing some kind of harem route or is able to persuade them by some means otherwise. Things like that are good.
- Pregnancy isn't done right many of the games I've seen. The guy characters can cum inside girl characters 100 times and she'll never get pregnant because "plot" or because "that feature hasn't been unlocked yet." And when she does get pregnant, she magically goes from not showing at all to a 9 month belly. There should always be a chance of impregnation no matter what part of the game you're in, and having stages of showing provides more in-game material to play with. The game, Violated Heroine, handles pregnancy very well.
- I hate Futa, NTR and Lolis. Other people are allowed to like them, but these kinks should always be "optional."
