Kinda tired of the samey-ness that current porn games that show up on the site. Not that to say that they're not impressive. It's just sometimes I just wanna see/play something that's more than just something to get my rocks off.

Stuff like 'I wani hug that gator' or 'katawa shoujo' which i can admit, not exactly porn games, but they got me more emotional attached to them i thought they'd would.

What do you all recommend?

I don't know those two games but you could give my game a try. Got a few messages that they got very emotional.. well and from others that the game is shit. :LOL: But the game is not done yet.

Leap of Faith could have had more of an emotional impact for me if that bit was more of the focus. Dev included too many twists, paths, and happy paths for any of it to hit. I started annoyed at the original girl, concerned about the leapy girl, then just kinda checked out emotionally by the umpteenth girl.

being a dik purely because season 1 was done quite well, season 2 started to fall off and idk whats happening in season 3

Summer with mia. It wasn't actually an emotional game, but the ending really moved me. I felt an intense desire to play the second game.

My own. Sounds weird, but hear me out. I spent a year and a half with these characters. Writing for them, thinking about them, etc. At some point, it felt like I wasn't even the one writing dialogue. It was like these character's came alive in my head and wrote themselves. Now that it's done, it feels like saying goodbye to a friend in a way. It's a strange feeling.

I think this is the main reason some of us like Monster Girl Quest so much. A gloomy world, dire/ oppressive situation for most monster girls, many of which still are really nice characters -> very moe, so you want to defend their existence.
~paradox, even though much more mechanics / lightheartedness moments/ sex/ silliness still has this - overall grimness and stakes risen so much that it has about the same athmosphere (and moe).

Lately, Mercenary's Adventure, one certain (bad) ending. bad but so nice + very nicely portrayed.
(Playing the [sensible] "abandon" choice first may have helped, accumulated guilt then released when reloading and picking the obviously bad-end choice.)
