Comedy is fun. Sex is fun. The appeal of comedy is often summarized as normalizing what isn't normal and displaying the absurdity of the things we typically find ordinary. Comedy is a common go-to for a lot of porn that focuses on the sex itself. Sex is portrayed as a fun and normal activity that normal people do all the time with few strings attached. Naturally, we see a lot of harem style games on this site that are joke filled fuckfests. Hence the appeal to the more "sensation-oriented" people here. The sexiest thing ever to these people is the prospect of having more of it.
Drama:
Drama is personal. Sex is personal. Drama is all about the struggle of conflicting interests and the resolution. There's competition and compromise. Not everyone gets what they want and some simply have to accept their place. We see it in a lot of foreplay-focused porn where the what leads up to the sex and the results after take center stage. It's portrayed as an intimate experience with all the strings in the world attached to it. On this site, we see a lot of story driven games which take on a more serious note and sex isn't taken so lightly. Hence the appeal to the more "cerebral" members. The sexiest thing ever to these people is why it's happening.
Of course, these are broad categories. There's exceptions as well as fuzzy boundaries. But that's roughly the dichotomy as I see it.
