What programs do games such as Corrupted Kingdoms and Lewd Town Adventures use to make their games?

From what I can understand they both do use Renpy but that's all I know, and I have been learning a little bit about it, but what do they use for their models and animations? I want to take a shot at making my own adult game but I am having a hard time finding the programs they use and that is kind of the style I want to go with.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
