What ideas for settings do you have that has Drama! Conflict! Excitement!
A better context to skip all the boring linear grinding. Magic! Social Hierarchy! Sci-Fi!
Characters that have something unique about them. Maybe more Extreme.

Whenever I think about the same home/manor setting with the same stepmom character doing the same linear progression with the same hidden sexual frustration.
It leaves my dick completely cold...

I want to see something like Bible Black or Starless.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, I want something that isn't "Mundane", in both characters and setting.

I once had this thought after seeing so many archetypal isekai protagonists that are always otaku neet etc:

What if the setting is indeed an isekai fantasy, BUT the protagonist is not some helpless mary sue teenager but an exile from his original world.

He's deemed too dangerous and get banished / exiled to an isekai, maybe for political reason? maybe he has a dangerous power? a failed coup? an ominous prophecy that can't simply be solved by his death? or maybe he's not wanted in that world but also can't be allowed to die yet since there will be use for him in the future?

So it's not that he is reborn as a blank template mc with an op power that let him fulfill his new power fantasy, he came down there already equipped with one! (this doesn't have to be "power" in literal sense, could be an advanced knowledge or diplomatic charisma) and with well-matured ***personality***... it's more of a "big fish thrown to a small pond" kind of situation that fulfill the power fantasy model in this setting

So a returning hero from his world that was exiled somewhere else and goes back? Not sure the convolution really changes things much.

Or do you mean a fantasy character is banished to a modern world and has his fantasy powers? Like Devil is a Part-Timer?

Hmmm no, it's more like he's already a well-developed character in one world and then get banished to another world, but no return

So he's just adapting with the new world but since ambition is an old-habit... ,

but yeah devil is a part-timer is actually a nice example, it hasn't cross my mind when i think about this setting/archetype since i imagined it the other way around (i.e. someone from a more advanced society getting exiled to a medieval fantasy society)

So from magitek to lower fantasy?

Now that I think about it a kitchen sink fantasy with all kinds of influences from different worlds might be interesting. Kinda like Planescape setting.
Also I could do "modern" magitek so that I can have the best of both worlds and do anything I want.

An actually strong and self-determined, but also sex-positive female protagonist. There's a wide variety of settings and scenarios I would enjoy but whenever something even vaguely seems like this you get either a "fake strong" PC who starts out lvl1 fighting lvl30 enemies/faces unavoidable defeat and rape in cutscenes where it makes no sense ("legendary warrior" versus common street thugs...) or a woman who is genuinely powerful (could be magic or non-combat tech too) but the most sour prude they could fit into their 3-lines-per-frame text limit.

And don't tell me some bullshit about male devs being unable to write "strong female characters", literally all they'd have to do is write a typical male protagonist and swap out the pronouns(+art if present).

The Plans for now for the project is to basically rip-off Bible Black.
Mostly to simplify the structure a bit and concentrate into one location.
In terms of Factions its Cult/Corruption/Perverts versus the Student Council/Order/Mages.
Basically the premise is you get a sex magic resource from fucking and orgies, and you need resources to "magically initiate" a character to their special power which is unique per character.
Another could be a Reverse Scenario like in Prison School where the Student Council is the one Corrupt and the Rebels out to overthrow them. It will retain sex magic mechanics and mcguffin and magic premise from the first scenario.

What is interesting is its possible to randomize the scenarios and characters that will be in the game, the characters themselves could have a different side and play differently depending on which side they are on.
The Gameplay is hopefully be like a , this means it can have some replayability, maybe not for the porn scenes but for the actual game in how it plays out with 3-4 endings based on the side you chose.

If you have ideas interesting characters, their powers and fetishes I would love to hear it.

If this project is successful I will probably expand upon it to the Town/City level, with more character types, more locations, more factions and more life sim/dating sim style sandbox mechanics you usually see in those game, but the core game and structure will be the same.

I will probably just be ripping off Fate Stay Night next, so if you have some other ideas for the setting to share, it doesn't have to be about magic or have any relation to the first game, it can be about science! and stuff if you want. It just needs factions competing with each other and a form of power they are fighting over.
