You can exclude VN prefix or 3dcg tag, or look for 2d tag.

Yeah, 3D trash is annoying. Who the hell wants to look at 3D women?! Gross! Luckily you can usually see the artstyle on a thumbnail. Excluding 3dcg tag may not be the best idea, as pretty much excluding any tags, since games are overloaded with tags here and you can accidentally hide smth good.
