People live in an underground complex or something and the MC is some young guy who wants to start an expedition to the outside world but he needs to get the council's vote for it so he begins to do favours for people. One of them is some kind of farmer and one is MC's mom if I remember correctly. I think the graphics are somewhat cartoonish but I don't really remember.
