There are like 20 threads open on the topic so yeah, we are aware of the situation. Maybe if you read some of those threads before starting yet another one you would know the answer to your questions. There are not shutting down due to lack of support but due to payment proccessors blocking their payouts so signing up on Patreon is useless since they can't retrieve that money (they paused pledges too so right now there's nothing to support anyway). The project is on hold till they find a "viable solution" so no one can know how much time this is going to take
