What is her character?
There are two archetypes that I like. Either very nurturing and protective (typical mommy), or confident and seductive.

Hair color, shape, clothes?
Hair color doesn't matter. Can be any. Shape, I'll stick with the types from above. Either curvy with slight chub, big breasts (mommy mombod), or more hard-bodied and fit (fitness mom). Clothes can follow those types. Also, this is just my pref, but a natural mature body in terms of hair. Big muff, even armpit hair I think is sexy.

As far as the first prototype character goes, I don't really like her. She looks like a cheap porn actress from the 90s, with painted-on eyebrows and beady eyes. Body looks good though.

My 2 cents would be to envision the words soft and nurturing. And go from there, you kind of got the mom bod down, but the face in my opinion doesn't fit, could see that face on a fitness mom as doku said.

I think this is very subjective.
To me when talking about a mom, the minimum should be 30+. But i am usually more interested when the MC is around later 40 to 50.
I think your prototype looks good. Not everyone will love her but that's normal.
