What would be you ideal game?

My ideal game is love and sex second base but more.
I like sandbox harem games, managment mechanics, complicated harem narratives and power dinamics. My problem is that there is a point where you lose grip with the belivability of the world and just wait to the next event, money has no more meaning, time is just a nuisance, relationships are just a bar rising or lowering and you dont make more things because is useless now. I like the routine that the game makes in the early game, you have a decent job, you attend university and between days you have time to spend with friends and loved ones. I like the "simulation" of a diferent life, and the freedom to act, it inspire me to do things in real life like learing to drive or dance.
But I do not want a sims or dwarf fortress simulation of story.
I want to be the protagonist, know the morals that drives him and roleplay as other person, having the freedom to do things and approaching it in the order that I want, there has to be a minimal thread or arcs to follow so there is a clear end line and the characters should have motivations, strengths and weaknesses, react with reason and not so much because the plot demands it
