What's Renderotica's licensing terms?

I want to make a porn game, use Daz 3D and buy models etc on Renderotica.

What I found out so far:
  • if I buy stuff from the official Daz 3D store, commercial usage is allowed only of the 2D renders (also animated)
  • for usage of the models themselves in a 3D game, one must buy the "interactive license" that costs about twice the normal price and also isn't available for some products
On Renderotica, there are no licensing terms mentioned anywhere on their portal. Does this mean, if I buy something there, I can use that either in a 2D or a 3D game regardless? I wrote to their support but haven't got a reply so far. <- EDIT: they replied, it's the same normal/extended pair like everywhere else.

Also, what about stuff like this?:
It's a bunch of (AI-generated) images that, say, I would want to put into a jigsaw puzzle or a 15-puzzle. I'd guess Renderotica targets other developers who need commercial usage - yet this package seems to be a "comic" that targets retail customers (?) so no commercial usage would be allowed?

How can one even differentiate? I did a quick search and never found any seller on Renderotica mentioning licensing terms of their content. <- EDIT: actually, Renderotica support said that any content one buys on their store is okay for commercial usage. So, usage of "comics" would be fine in a jigsaw puzzle I guess. I still probably won't do it, simply because most of those pictures are just too similar and would be boring to look at if they are taken out of a story/comic context. I dunno...

Btw on Gumroad I asked their support the question about how to differentiate between personal and commercial usage rights a few years ago. They said it's up to the sellers to define the licensing terms. So I went ahead and asked some sellers (artists) - and all of them replied that commercial usage isn't allowed, and didn't want to set any price for commercial usage when I asked in a follow-up. Instead, some of them offered to draw stuff on commission. One asked for $500 per commissioned image (of very high quality). Thanks but no thanks. I can't cover such cost, not with any game.

Oh and btw, I'm not sure if using Decimator addon on a Daz 3D store-purchased model would make it eligible for usage in a 3D game with a basic license. Technically, the new generated model (with a far lower polygon count) is a different file. Yet their EULA also covers the case of "content that is highly similar", so I guess an optimized model falls into that category. I asked their support to confirm this, will post an update here once they reply. EDIT: <- they replied. Exactly, a model with a reduced polygon count is "derived" work, so licensing terms remain the same for the original.

Okay I guess this and this answer my question. In short:
  • licensing is the same on Renderotica as on Daz 3D store, they just call the "interactive" license an "extended" license
  • the reason artists are afraid of the models being used is that someone can rip the models out of games
  • most products don't include an "extended" license or any licensing terms, asking the artists is cumbersome and some don't even reply
Okay, the conclusion is simply not to make 3D porn games. Use 2D renders, either individual images for frames or pre-rendered video files.

For comparison, Renderocity has the licenses clearly stated, with links to terms of use where it's all explained in human language. Also you can select the license you want in a drop-down menu when buying. Usually the "extended" one (which allows 3D usage in games) costs 3-5 times more, totally killing 3D games.
I guess this thread is now a reference for newbies. Hopefully this saves somebody some time. Took almost 1.5 days to figure all this out. Please feel free to comment if I've missed something important.
