I'm not sure the engine, I'm guessing ren'py.. you start off in an airplane, and you are talking to your secretary about being excited to go home and see your family, you left them because you wanted to make it big and you finally have. Your secretary (or partner, not sure) seems to have a thing for you. you make it home and you say hello to your mom and sister, apologize for being away for so long... and that was the end of the demo

after going through 15 pages of incest tagged games, I think I found it. The Perfect Life by Phoenix... unfortunately it's abandoned... I'm downloading it to make sure
