I found it on here a few months ago but didn't have the hardware until now. But now I can't remember the name. What I do remember is the post-apocalyptic setting. andthat it placed you in the role of a vault overseer and you could breed people with each other. There was a eugenics element where stats were heritable. I think combat was turn based. Anyone have any idea?
