I try to avoid games that look absolutely terrible. The one I remember pissing me off the most was Fashion Business (RPGM version). You spend forever getting told what a bitch the main character is, it's really hammered in. Now I think some of this was to set up individual cases of karma coming back to bite her, but it still just drags on. At one point you have to go find 35 (I think) collectibles just to prove what a bitch you are. Then you hit the point in the game where she loses everything and it's just nonsense. I don't think it's supposed to be set in a real place, but the legal system wherever it is, is a joke. Beyond that, it does the classic RPGM thing of making you walk from one side of the map to the opposite and back. You often go places just for nothing to really happen, which would be fine if you didn't have to actually walk there in RPGM. (To be fair, he switched it over to Ren'Py, but I haven't played that version.) Other minor things, like wasted opportunities. At one point she is only wearing an overcoat (I honestly forget why) and it barely comes into play. I thought there'd be some accidental flashes or public humiliation, but it's very minor. At another point she puts on some clothes she stole from a slut. So the premise, as I recall, was she was showering and a bunch of guys came into the shower, so she ran away. You get outside and it's something like "I guess I grabbed all these clothes as I ran past" or something dumb like that. Ultimately, there was barely any sexual content for the MC in the version I played as well and it was over 1.5G.
I like the premise of a fall from grace and karmic revenge, but it is executed so terribly that it just pissed me off. I hope the Ren'Py version salvages the game, but my initial play of it really soured me on giving it another try.
