Like in cheating scenarios, you cheating on your bf/husband, but if your mother cheats on your father or similar cases, its okay and stays on topic of discussion.
If MC is a guy and his gf starts cheating on him with BBC and he becomes trap to start fucking with black guys, its ok too.

MC is a regular guy, just above average in everything. He is romantic and works hard to see his girlfriend happy.
Girlfriend likes to have more than she needs (from clothes and jewelry to men and sexual pleasures) and uses her charms to (slightly) financially dominate the MC, creating the situation that the MC has to work extra hours and rent one of the rooms in the house to some stranger. Girlfriend then uses the opportunity to bring a lover home (ex-boyfriend/former love/etc) and uses the money she earns from the MC to pay the lover's rent.
The lover is a normal guy, qualities above the MC but acts friendly.
MC continues to work to support his girlfriend (and unknowingly, her lover) and save money for the big wedding and honeymoon. Girlfriend gets pregnant on honeymoon, but it's her lover's.
The MC has complete trust in the girlfriend and just sees hints of weird things (girlfriend's ripped/dirty clothes, used condoms, those kinds of things) but never catches them in the act.

Corruption/Sissification:
The MC is a dominant trans woman who starts working as a teacher in a school, some students catch her attention and she starts to seduce them.
The seduced students are corrupted, feminized and the MC impregnates the students.
At the MC's house there are orgies and/or students being prostituted.
The MC is promoted within the school's hierarchy, and the higher the hierarchy, the greater the power of the MC to transform the school into something increasingly liberal (Sexxxxuuuuaaaaal).
