I don't care about the actual game part, it doesn't even have to have one. I'm just looking for a character creator with the best tradeoff between versatility and ease of use. Thanks in advance!

I know a decent character creator, I recently found out about it and got hooked. It's available on both PC and Android, but I think you might know it; it's called "fapwall."

Wild that this post got attention six months after I posted it. Fapwall kind of annoys me because it's not an actual character creator, and Koikatsu is the one I've been experimenting with lately.
