Seeking What's your favorite mainstream game with adult mods?

The main ones I know about are Sims 4 and Skyrim, just curious if there's any other good stuff out there.

well its really ugly but atleast you can easily make the worst sickest shit, there is also the last fallouts that should have a lot of mods

Sims 4 is really my main one because of the number of mods and cc. Another could be Cyberpunk2077, but still very limited.
Makes me want to reinstall Skyrim...

I used to be obsessed with Sims 4, and I still have a decent collection of custom gals on my hard drive, but I guess it feels a bit too cartoonish for me at this point.

Fallout 4 has some mods too, but not as many as Skyrim. At least AAF is less clunky than whatever Skyrim uses to align the characters into sex animations. You could say it just works™.
