Considering from my experience people don't generally seem to want to crack Vitakaiser games for some reason (maybe the quality) mixed with the fact that I cannot even find a cracked version of this game when I looked I would say receiving a translation for this might be difficult.

Don't bother downloading this game, it's a trash MTL with no instructions on where to go. The only way you can interact with anyone is to walk in front of them and some shitty MTL will tell you jack shit about everything. The whole UI's a mess too.
