Since it's over a year, if you figured it out, how do you perform a piston during sex with her? I have the auto on but it never activates.
I tried to load it in joiplay alas it didn't work, surprising how often it will work though. If i ever come across it ill send you a PM.

Damn, recently lost my harddrive and can't find either of those games anywhere for the life of me. (PC)
I assume you are referring to either the BJ scene or the fingering scene on Day 3. The link provided above is good, but looking around was the way I was able to piece together how to do both.
For the BJ scene, you need to repeatedly fail to penetrate her until you cum. Just barely push in and out to raise the bar (not the big pressure that pops her cherry), and that should take you to the BJ scene.
The fingering is trickier, and is also the way you unlock a lot of extra stuff on day 4 (getting her sensitive enough to cum easily). Long story short, each contact you make with her on the preceding days heightens her sensitivity (hidden stat) which you can track via the color of your save file title card. The example colors are below for reference.
TLDR If you play your cards right (pushing as far as you can before waking her up), you can get to 6 by day 2, and to level 9 by day 3. From there, you should be good to the end.
