where can i find translation to some game that arent here but are in svs

i found some good game that i cant find in english but i see them in SVS but the download are from fileboom and that take forever
is there some unkown site that will have them or the translation

cause it is mostly made by stigmata, and everyone here knows better not to download his links

either
- completely botched his patch (and will never fix it)
- did not include word wrap function so all text just went off to space
