Where do I go if I want to suggest/request a mod for a game?

I've looked at mods/game requests but when I go there I don't see anyone actually suggesting mods or games. I'm a total f95 scrub. Sorry!

There really isn't one. There's simply not enough requests for mods to warrant a dedicated forum.
You can make the request here or better yet, in the Programming, Development & Art forum.

Or he can use the Ikaruga mod request thread as generic request thread for mod, I'm sure that I'm not the only one to have searched for inspiration inside it.
