You could try HenaiFoundry. Lots of artists upload there. It's interface isn't as neat as DA but you'd be allowed to keep a public gallery there.

Just make your own blogspot and mark it as a mature content blog, it easy to create a simple to upload to, or post them here of course.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll check them out. It really bothers me that people can upload all kinds of explicit fetishes on DA but penis in vagana is just a no no :/
