Where do these RPGM sprites come from?

I've seen them in some games, but I don't know where they come from.
Is there actually a sprite pack to buy/download?

At the top of the page there is a RPG-Maker drop-down menu, in there you can select which rpgm version assets you want and then the site will show you tons and tons of assets for that version of it. Or you could also click on the DLC button and it will show you all assets for all rpgm versions together, there are 755 of them it seems, happy digging.

Yeah there are marketplaces, similar to 3d asset markets
