Where is the Renpy save location on MacOs?

I wanted to know where is the persistent save game location for Renpy games in MacOS. In windows there is the Renpy folder in AppData. Is there anything similar in MacOS?

Are there any similar thing present for Unity or RPGM games?

There is no Renpy folder there. Also the saves folder is not even inside the .app package contents

There is no Renpy folder there.

Yet it's where the saves are supposed to be for MacOS.

This being said, MacOS path can be turned case sensitive. If you searched, or tried to access it, from the console, it can be the reason why you get no result when searching for "Renpy", since the name of the folder is "RenPy".

Else, if the game you're playing have the console enabled, you can also ask Ren'Py itself:
Open the console (SHIFT+o), then type config.savedir, and validate.
It will tell you where the saves for that particular games are located. Just go back from one level, and you'll get the main path.

I still wasn't able to find it however thanks for the config solution will make sure to try it the next time.

Finally figured it out! Turns out I was checking the "Drive/Library" folder. Then after using the config command, I realized that it was in "Users/User-Name/Library" folder. And this Library folder is hidden by default. Thanks for the help!
