Updates themselves, in the game thread. Either by editing the thread opening if you own the property of the thread, or by posting the link to the update archive in the thread. In both case, report the post to warn the staff that it's an update.
Note that, if you edit the thread opening, you MUST NOT remove anything except the links to the previous version, and you can just provide just one link by version (MacOS X, Linux, Windows, whatever). It's the staff/uploaders who will take care of the mirror links ; in fact they'll probably also replace your own link.

If it's the first release of your game, then you have to make a game request in the dedicated part of the forum. Do not forget to firstly read the how to, and to strictly follow the rules that apply to your case.
Then, as said in the how to, wait. It can take many days, because sometimes the staff have a lot to do, but soon or later the thread will be moved to the right place.
