Where to start sharing my game?

Heya Everyone!

I'm currently in the middle of making a demo for a game I want to try release sometime soon TM?

I was wondering, what would the best ways to "advertise" the game? Just to get people seeing it and peoples thoughts on it.

Reddit? Which sub-reddits?

Here? I think I need a game developer badge?

Any and all advise is welcome!

The easiest way to share a game on our forum is to create a Game Request and include either direct download links or a link to a public page that has links. Just go to the Game Requests forum, follow the Game Requesting Rules and then report the thread. Someone on our team will create a new thread for the game.

Or if you want to be the owner of your game thread, create a game thread in the Game Requests forum (yes, it's the same section) but instead of following the Game Request Template, create a Game Thread. Be sure to follow the Game Uploading Rules including the template there. Then report the thread. We'll make sure it follows the template, and then we'll move it to the Games section of the forum.
