Is everything allowed when it comes to game content? Even though it is illegal in real life? I only mean animated/cartoon images of course. Would really like to know before starting to develop games.

As far as I know on the forum the only content not allowed is underage and loli/shota but if you plan to use patreon then you should know that they do not allow underage, non-consensual(rape, blackmail), incest and bestiality. Some devs get away on patreon with this content but it's still against their rules.

Loli/shota rule on this site is weird because they allow some of it. It's like they just flip a coin to decide if the game stays or goes.

On Patreon, if the characters look underage, it's a no-go. Here, if the characters look prepubescent, nope.

The loli/shota thing is hard to tell even for the mods/admins of the forum. Insexual Awakening was allowed, the removed, then re-allowed all thanks to the Rule 7. You can read a little about it in the game's OP.

Partially, but it was also due to Race-play. "Bully" was focused on black superiority fetishes and pissed off a lot of people
