Seeking Which games allow players to add NPC characters with images, videos and/or events?

I've been really enjoying adding my own characters to meet in the world in games like Venus or Ultimate Stripper Club, Brothel King and Time Of Cherries.

Does anyone know of any games I might be missing out on that allows you to do add characters in? Preferably HTML or Ren'py and maybe text-based, as I'm currently on Mac.

Or, games that have "girl packs" we can download and create to share.

HHS+ should allow that to some level.
