Thank guys. because i dont know which to focus first. the gameplay or the graphics....

i want to focus on gameplay. like adding more interactive story and scene. but if people dont care about gameplay and wants graphic. then i might need to redo the whole game renders

Depends on my mood and I like to vary between story focused games or sex focus games etc...

But if I have to pick I would say sex and amount/quality of h-content comes first. Face and expression used are important too, also if dialogues in h-scenes are good it makes the game so much better. I don't care a lot if it's a silly, stupid or serious story. I don't mind the art used, it can be made with daz/honey select/ koikatsu/ drawn if its ok or well done it's a yes in my book. For the gameplay I really don't care, as long as it doesn't become tedious. Bonus points if the game doesn't blue ball me.

Honestly, just try to do what you want, it's your game, doesn't matter if some don't like it. If you are really unsure about the renders, post some to get some feedback. Also, good luck with your game!

1 Game functionality.
2. Story story story.

#1 If you can't play the game because it either has bugs or has a shitty interface design or whatever then no on will ever get to know how good it is.

#2 With a well written interesting story people they get immersed you can even get away without having graphics or have very shitty graphics. So story counts above all everything else but function.
When I say well written I mean no inconsistent issues or only very small ones, no plot holes(look this up there are multiple types of plot holes) don't contradict known science and reality. You can add to it with functions like magic and so on but you don't contradict the known. People's subconscious will reject it at the very least and they will not like the story.
Do not used forced writing techniques like the character saying, "but I have no choice." She better have no actual choice or the reader will know they do and loose immersion. In short don't be a lazy fucking writer trying to get to the fap.

Think of it this way what if you wrote the story from a blind person's perspective or the character becomes blind at some point in the story. You would need to describe the story by sensations other than visual. Some people could seek to help them some trick them... If you can't do a basic writting assignment from that perspective without resorting to images maybe you have a lot of room to improve before working on a game.

The real deal is a combination off all of them...
a compelling story, great graphics, a bit diversity, no problem about a bit weird, (of course) good looking women and amazing sex scenes
...as long as it is not a rpgm...

If you're talking about interactive story and scenes, this sounds like a visual novel rather than what most people would regard as a 'game.'

To me, what elevates a visual novel from a long winded comic into something memorable is the emotion it stirs in the player as they go through it. With no emotional effect, you might as well just release a series of images and call it a comic. Getting emotions across though is not easy in words so it'll probably need some carefully designed visual cues as well. Things like facial expressions, poses, etc.

I think we all have different tastes so you're going to get a lot of different answers. Personally, I like a good story. No crazy conflicts that, in one choice, completely reverses everything I've achieved so far. Nice graphics with facial expressions and poses that match the story at that point. I like a bit of a slow burn but not to the point where you wonder if the damn thing will ever be finished. I like a little bit of realism in the story - going from hating someone to adoring them in ten minutes... nope.

So... er... Sorry, after all that, it turns out that pretty much everything is important :devilish:

Personally, I'd go with story and plot first, then graphics. Whichever way you do it, the graphics will be the most time consuming part and that's the part you don't want to have to keep redoing. Get the story down first then you can create the graphics to fit each scene.

Rule #1 - Always play to your strengths.

If you can make a game with good mechanics focus on that.
If you cannot like me and enjoy making pretty women, focus on that.

Rule - #2
Do what you want to do or you wont enjoy doing it.
Love this.

Gameplay is a given, because even excellent graphics can't save a bad game (many AAA games are testament to this). So that's probably in first place (at least we think so).

The sex scenes have to be hot, because why else would someone play a lewd game? So, that's second.

As for graphics, people often misue the term, when they really mean aesthetics. Your game can be graphically dated, but good aesthetics still make it playable, even today (for example, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, from the SNES). Another graphically 'dated' game with gorgeous aesthetics is the relatively recent Battle Brothers. Or any of the heavily stylized games from the past (Worms) or recent years (Hollow Knight). So while the game's visual presentation can usually be overlooked if the gameplay mechanics and sex scenes are both well done, it'll make the entire experience a visual eyesore.

Having my fetish well-catered for, so writing I guess. I can enjoy games that have no graphics, but they need to make up for it with writing and gameplay.

first, gameplay and story, it is a game at the end of the day and if i just wanted animated porn i would just check pornhub or something, but this is games so those come first, then comes the h-core stuff
i prefer rpgms with tons of exploration and side content (summertime saga) but dont mind rpgm ONLY if they dont have those disgusting pixelated graphics that come default with the engine

1) Having the fetishes I like. This is by far the most important, for obvious reasons and an absulute requirement for downloading a game in the first place.
2) Graphics: It's a visual medium after all, the scenes and characters have to look appealing.
3) Story: Not quite as important as in a regular game, but a good story can add a lot of sexual tension.
4) Gameplay: Porn games are porn first and formost and games only in the broadest sense, so gameplay is the least important part. As long as gameplay doesn't feature grind or annoying mini games, I don't really care.
