VN Which tool can extract visual novel pictures from .arc files?

I'm trying to extract character sets from some VN with .arc files.

I've tried PeaZip, but it said the files needed a password.

I also tried arc_unpacker-0.11, but couldn't get it to work (maybe a windows anti virus thing?).

Does anyone know how to extract pictures from visual novels using .arc files?
