That starts getting into the realms of creating your own project instead of letting dev run his. You're suggesting he give away some creative process on his game, that he's been producing solo, and that he should pay to do this, just for the benefit of giving you 100–200 extra renders each update (and if extending the release time to 8 weeks, maybe that would put it at the current pace for render production anyway...).
How that's giving away creating freedom ? you just going to hire ppl to render your stuff (which the dev already does) while you direct everything from head to toe i don't think is compromising artistic freedom in anyway

Jurassic park is Steven Spielberg's movie from head to toe yet he didn't work as a stuntman or lighting man or visual effect renderer or a actor yet it's steven's movie these ppl working for him didn't mean he's sacrificing his creative freedom same situation with hiring render artists

Well, I specifically said "creative process" rather than "creative freedom", but yeah, if you're having other people produce your work, there's always the possibility that they're not going to return it to the standard you want, or to the exact specifications you want, etc. Fair enough, if dev was raking it in, then bringing in help might be a viable option, but that's not where we are at the moment. Plus, you'd have to consider whether a hundred or two extra renders (with potentially a couple of weeks extra to produce them) would be worth the cost of paying collaborators to make it happen.

Sorry i disagree it ain't going to take away anything from him he hires ppl he can demand meticulously anything he want ppl get paid for what they told to do not what they do that dev has to accept on the creative process he can still indulge himself with whatever part he likes I'm just talking about hiring render artists he can still work on that too like render important scenes while artists render other not so important bunch but still needed practically there's no downsides to this on the comparision part it's exaggerated yes but not different a good Story VN creator is not that much different from a director who manages every part of his movies similar to that a VN creator is going to manage, write and work on every part of his VN

Also we can support him as a community by supporting and not pirating just need good word of mouth from us to increase his revenue which will help him to hire artists who can help him increase output and pace

And we're remembering here that your whole campaign to get dev to spend money hiring collaborators is just so you can have a slightly larger update, for which you've already said you don't mind the release schedule being extended, which the dev has indicated he would prefer not to do. Maybe he'd be open for it (I won't speak for him), but dev has also given no indication that he wants to or intends to hire other artists at any point.

Any time you have another artist complete some of your project, it's no longer your sole project - even though you might still be the lead and doing most of the work, and directing that artist.

I do think this is an odd and pointless argument to be having, though, with no basis for it in the first place.

I am campaigning ? no lol i just come up with this idea since someone said it's a short update which i felt as well so gave him a suggestion it's up to him to take it and follow or not btw you're talking lot of stuff on his behalf much of it are on contrary to what he said/doing here's the proof (i am a active member in his discord)

I am campaigning ? no lol i just come up with this idea since someone said it's a short update which i felt as well so gave him a suggestion it's up to him to take it and follow or not btw you're talking lot of stuff on his behalf much of it are on contrary to what he said/doing here's the proof (i am a active member in his discord)

However, I don't intend to hire a second artist for the main game. I like to keep the artwork consistent. And the current artist does a great job. What I might do is hire a second artist to create shorter mini stories that are not a part of the main story.

I know but still i don't think it right for him to be speaking on your behalf and i don't get why he got offended on my suggestion either lol

I like the sound of that. Sort of like 'what if' scenarios. I wish more games with sharing did that.
