This is not a breeding AVN But there is nothing that says that Sarah cannot get pregnant by a lover (make it an in AVN choice for her) if she falls in love with another man.
I would see this as near to/in the epilogue of the story - what happens at the end of the AVN (since there has been nothing from the dev about post pregnancy content).
This would be her ultimate way of saying she was done with Alex on one path.
The same is true for other end state relationships involving Alex - he gets Emma/Rachel pregnant as part of saying he is done with Sarah.
We are Very far from the end of this excellent AVN though and I am hoping that any epilogue content is years away!

Take it for what it is, just a preference from a random person on a pirate site, but if there's something I really don't like jerking to is pregnancy.
And it would be the same whether it's Sarah getting pregnant from Alex/someone else, or any of the other women getting pregnant from Alex/someone else.
There's only 1 AVN that heavily includes a pregnant woman (who's also forced on the player) that I can play, and it was a struggle for me to get it going, depsite really liking all previous AVNs from that author.
