I've never used DB XX or G8.1, but I assume it's a female genitalia product like Golden Palace?
If so, it's probably a geograft, not a shell. Does it come with a material copy script?
A common reason for something like this in the case of using geografts is that it's other shells on the figure causing the problem and they need to be set to off for the geograft surfaces.

Yes, it is a female genetalia product. It shows this
When i hide the shell the white part goes away but i can apple different materials.
Can you recommend other and probably better genetalia products that are easy to work with as it has one more problem.

Most (or all) of these products work the same. GP has a geograft and 1/2 shells too.
The reason the wet skin shell (its not a geograft and there's no such thing as a geoshell) is white, is because it doesn't know what to make of the db xx surfaces.
Try this:
In the wet skin shell, find the db xx surfaces and apply uber base shader to them. Then copy the torso surface from the shell and paste it to the db xx surfaces on the wet skin shell. Don't touch surfaces on your figure or the db xx geograft/shell. Save before messing around.
As for the DB XX shell itself, do read the instructions again. It may be you've missed a step. Try on a base g8.1 with no other shells etc applied.
Geograft = replaces a part of your figure. Typical things are boobs, genitalia, tongue. But anything is possible.
Shell = an extra layer all around your figure. It can be turned on/off for each separate surface of the figure. Typicall things are wet skin effects, makeup, freckles, blushing, dirt, and so on.
Shell on a figure with a geograft = confused shell. A confused shell will result in a white surface on the geograft. This surface, for whatever reason, is also not iray uber.
I'm using one or two versions back from the newest Daz. Some info may be out of date, who knows?
Edit: some people call shells geoshells, so I guess it may indeed a term. Perhaps even the correct term.
