Identify Who Is the Artist, and is this a Game or Video?

Does anyone know who the artist is and what it's from? Is it a game, or is there a video version? I was trying to find who the creator is some time ago before finding this site and eventually forgot about it. I just came across it again on my hard drive.

Thanks! I just checked by doing a search in the Amusteven thread. I found out that not only do I already have the file, but it's the interpolated version along with many of his other works in 60FPS! It was posted by MoreFramesAndPixel. I DL it 6 months ago!

P.S. I didn't delete the one I posted about here since I forgot about it, and obviously, since I didn't know who the animator was, it wasn't in the Amusteven folder on my hard drive. I'm digesting so many animators and videos that I'm forgetting who makes what unless I see their watermark.
