Didn't find much in my initial searches.....although looks like the female model in this game is heavily "K-Pop artist" inspired ...I dunno.. has a lot of East-Asian features to their appearance.

As another avenue to explore, have you perhaps looked at contacting the person who uploaded said video (

) to determine where they had found the video initially that might open up some clues as to who the original author/creator was for the video?
