I know it sounds contradicting but in these (abandoned) two there's so much you can do without actual intercourse with friends and family:

Is there anything else like these two? Getting people to go nudist, dares, handjobs. You know, the fun lewd stuff.

Yeah, corruption and wholesomeness are almost contradictory. But it can at least be done organically without rape, hypno, blackmail etc. GGGB is a good example. Ruin Me has consensual BDSM-focused corruption. You'll also find consensual relationships with escalating lewds in ND and ioY, but they both rather focus on blackmail and other rough stuff (with the antagonist) more than the consensual stuff (with the LIs).
