Detached has a depressed MC and multiple LI FMCs that he can choose to romance with. I think along the journey, the girls he ends up being romantic with help him get a new lease on life.

I have a LOT of healing stories, but the two MC healing ones i know are MDRG (my dystopian robot girlfriend, itchio) and My Maid Dreams of Electric sheep (also itchio)
Both are really cute romance games, MDRG is a bit more wholesome than Electric sheep for spoiler reasons (check my list about sheep), and has really fun gameplay besides the sex.
1Room also counts and it's my absolute favorite (more wholesome than a romance novel) but it's a healing story for both parties.

My bad lol. Hopefully it's better now. i'm a sucker for tamagatchi style games (Teaching Feeling, Imouto life, etc) so I'll hundred percent give 1room a go. btw love your wholesome list and will definitely check on it often

Maybe a bit slow paced, but it legitimately doesn't have any issues in the wholesome department (entire game is literally about going around doing good deeds)
though it isn't really about healing or anything, it's just a teaching feeling type game
