My recommendations
Koikatsu
Goddesses' Whim (some darker content but the interaction between MC and his LIs are really wholesome)
My Time with You (need some time to get into it but it pays off)
Crimson High (slow burn and extremely large cast but otherwise very wholesome VN)

Cosy Cafe (kinetic novel; wholesome-maledom is the main topic here, but excellent character development and writing, my favorite AVN at the moment)

I agree that Crimson High is nice VN, but I just can't read it, it's... just cringeworthy writing to me and mc is a bum.

Family Trouble Can be wholesome depending of your anshwers, but at the start you are a kind of Jerk that will gradually change based on your stats.

There is also this search result on vndb, which is not about "wholesome" but about "no rape" and it was a most pleasant surprise to see Amayui Castle Meister (and follow-up) on it ... I thought Kamidori was the BIG/ one-off exception from rape-as-rape-can as far as Eushully involved ...
I've been keeping this in the back for myself for a while, for when I can't find anything else, but now it gets a +5 or so in my backlog list.
ps: I disagree with Utawarerumono in that list, but to explain I'd need to write an essay, so, yeah, well - it isn't much good even without taking my reservations into account. And it is even worse when played "voiced". you've been warned.
