Seeking Wholesome romance game with a very competent male protagonist

I'm looking for a game, dating sim or harem builder, I don't particularly care. I'd like it to be wholesome, with very well written characters. But my main thing I want is a competent MC. I play a lot of stupid games just for the porn, and that is still what I prefer. But after so many idiotic, incompetent protagonists, I just want a game where the guy is well written, well rounded, has a personality and faults, but also fortés. Same goes for the grils.

Melody - About the worst stuff you can do is to romance all the girls at once, but even then it isn't presented as being that bad (and you can choose to focus on just one if you want). The MC is a skilled former session musician.
Parental Love - Pretty heavily incest themed, so not sure if you'd consider it wholesome. I know there is a "faithful husband" route but I think it may still have some incest.
Depraved Awakening - Despite the name. People around you and in the world aren't all wholesome and there is a depravity stat for MC, but you can avoid associated choices and play as a pretty good person.
Alison Fall of the Apple - The backstory of the main girl is intense, but the MC himself is a good person. Your mileage may vary on how well written it is (and there is A LOT of text) but definitely a competent MC.
WVM - MC is pretty much flawless rather than well-rounded, but he is the rare protagonist who is a kid (just starting college) but also not a total creep.
