Whoremaster? Man this game brings me back. After SimBrothel came on the scene and shocked our collective cocks there were a lot of game projects that tried to do the same thing but ended up being worse. Whoremaster on the other hand decided to take things in its own direction. The main allure for whoremaster for me is honestly the ability to easily mod it in simple ways. It is extremely easy to make a girl mod for this game to add your favorite niche character to the game. Unfortunately beyond the modding scene, there isn't much going on in this game to be too excited about.

im not into trainers (mostly because i cheat and reach endgame quite quickly and thus get bored)

that one kept me going because besides general managing
-i could upload new gials from realporn packs
-tried to figure out things on my own (including generating best npcs fit for certain occupations)
-exploring existing items (and thus obtainable bonus boosts)

so objectively compared to managers i saw that one is above average for sure.

id stay at 4 stars because user interface is not that good.
there might be about dozen situations when i thought that some extra button/ selection option/sorting options/automatization option is needed.

most uncomfy thing for me was that i couldnot transfer certain items to 2+ gials at once.
(and for example in the same menu id want to sort pots/items {on the left} by skills/stats... and to pick some property of gials {on the top right} to trace, like happines or tiredness. and had i played without cheating that would be a must have ofc.)

Really glad some nice folks decided to pick this one and not let it fall abandoned. it is easy to spend hours in this. Cause if you get tired, is possible to get some of the existent mods or create new characters by yourself(I tried and it is really not that hard at all)

In my opinion this is one of the better adult-management games. You are able to play this game in various ways. E.g.:
- Focus on hiring whores which you meet on the street.
- Focus on enslaving women
- Focus on a personal (incest) harem
- Focus on a non-sex business
- Focus on gangs

- or any combination from the above

Personal I favor this game with The CaptC Experience pack with pornstars. Also, he made a few scripts which can alter the gameplay a little.

Few quick tips:
- You can edit the config-file with notepad to cheat
- Quick way to get money is hire at the start 4 gangs, upgrade weapon, buy potions (auto) and give them the task to explore catacombs (focus on 100% items). Sell items = profit.

This is one of the OG trainer/management games and it's still WAY ahead of anything similar. That's because of sheer amount of content (with mods) that accumulated over years, because of that the only somewhat similar game that can even compare is Slave Maker 3 (RIP you won't be forgotten).

Gameplay is also pretty fun when you get a hang of it or if you have ever played management game before.

That review was based on the game from a few years back, but the core hasn't changed, now i'm off to play it again and i will edit this review if needed after that.

After playing for some time i noticed two problems: base game doesn't have pictures, you need to install mods and while the core game features do their job, i wish the game changed more from what i remember from 5-7 years ago.

This is a pretty good game when you get past installation.
Sth like, Strive for Power in terms of the genre.
To my surprise, they keep updating it.
The only negative side is that it tends to crash every few turn.

WhoreMaster is a decent game that uses training games as a starting point to create it's own game, however, the need to download mods to get pictures, the lack of pictures to show how they have changed or grown, the focus on managment while giving text-based sex scenes and little to no progression beyond buisness make this a mediocore game at best.

I wouldn't have said this if I hadn't played jack-o-nine tails or lust-for-power before this, but because I have, I've seen more interesting, new and better mechanics for all of what it provides in this game.

To choose between the 2, Jack-O-Nine tails is focused on the player and how he grows in an interesting, but downright brutal world as a slave maker training individual slaves.

Lust-for-power on the other hand is more management focused, with you balancing out the girls in their work and mini adventures where you meet, and have sex with cute girls, all with a special growth system, rpg elements, and the ability to raise your children and do what you want with them as well.

Personally, what I consider to be one of the best trainer games out there, despite it being abandoned by its original creator. Some very fine folks have taken it upon themselves to revitalize this project and bring it to this stage, and I couldn't be more thankful for them. The only big gripe with the game is that you many not really understand what's happening for for first couple days or even weeks in game. However, the various girl packs and spending time with the game will make everything clearer.
