A few original ideas in the plot, but altogether too disjointed. The 'Engrish' seems to have been put through a second-rate automatic translator that didn't involve basic corrections of spelling or grammar.
Graphics are okay.
(Observation here: an engaging plot and good writing can largely compensate for inferior graphics, but exquisite graphics [which these aren't] cannot save an inferior plot and poor scripting.)
There is hope for the future, but I'm rating on the present. If this mess is still kicking in another year I may revisit it. Until then, it'll stay deleted.
