Why are here more loli games than straight shota games?

Why are here more loli games than straight shota? I mean, I know rule 7 is very strict, but there are more barely legal loli games than shota games that could be enjoyable and shota is more banned than loli.

I like some shota games due the fantasy of being a young man seducing or being seduced by elder girls and women, it's kinda fun for me and I liked Summer Memories, Insexual Awakening and similar games. I think the genre has funny plots, gameplay and situations more than loli and I'd like more games like this in shota tag.

I know I could search at other sites, but most of the games are only in Japanese and I like to know what I'm playing.

Loli include a large age range, from little girl to late teenager. Imo, shota age range is narrower. So maybe less game tagged as shota than loli.

If you seek young men seducing or seduced by milf, there is a lot of choice in this site, not always tagged as shota (a family venture, knight of love ...).
