Why are there so few games with good MMF content?

There's a lot of games that cater to a lot of fetishes around here, but MMF/gangbang/double penetration are definitely not one of them. You can find a decent amount of MMF/gangbang/dp content in japanese games. There are a decent amount of games and comics on the Japanese end that mix MMF/gangbang/dp with i-content (and sometimes NTR), but very little out of the west.

Why don't we see games where this is the focus?

I want to see western art games where the primary focus of the sexual content is MM+F.

I honestly love the MMF content that we sometimes get in Asian games and wish it was more common in Western ones as well.
