Why cuckqueaning is so rare in games?

You can't just gender flip a fetish and expect it to be as popular unless you really believe the majority of both sexes are the same when it comes to sex rather than separated by it.

For instance, why is rape of the main character so rare in male-led games as opposed to in female-led ones? If the male MC gets raped by a man the heterosexual male viewer/player isn't going isn't going to eroticize it, there's no arousal there. If the male MC is raped by a woman on the other hand it will be almost impossible for the male viewer to conceive of it as non-consensual, as a bad thing.

The closest male equivalent of a FMC getting raped is the MMC getting netorared.

And it will probably be somewhat similar for how cuckold vs cuckquean content is consumed. I know the wife in Burning Boundaries can turn out to have a cuckquean fetish, possibly same as the one in Paradise City if you go the harem route. Those are male main character games so the cuckquean stuff feels like it's only there to boost the MC's ego and legitimize his harem antics, no expectation for the player to vicariously experience whatever the cuckquean's emotions may be through her pov.

And there are probably similar differences in perception and thus popularity when it comes to mmc cuckolds vs fmc cuckqueans. If there's a strong desire for humiliation or loss of control in the mmc cuckold stuff then you can see how there are more effective fetishes for that when dealing with a fmc.
